We would like to inform you that the Lgs. Decree 196/2003 (“Code for the protection of personal information”) provides for the protection of the persons and other subjects in accordance with the treatment of the personal data.
According to this law, the treatment is based on the principles of honesty, legality and transparency and protection of your rights and confidentiality.
According to the art. 13 of Lgs. Decree 196/2003, we are therefore pleased to provide you with the following information:

- you may always exercise your rights towards the responsible of the treatment, according to the art. 7 of the Lgs. Decree 196/2003, in particular you can ask to obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal information which could involve yourself; to get without delay the comprehensible notification of said information and their origin, the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the obstruction of information handled in violation of the law, the updating, the correction of, if so required, the integration of said information; the declaration that the said operations have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom said information has been notified or disclosed except when fulfilment hereof should prove to be impossible or require the use of means that are patently disproportionate with respect to the right that is being safeguarded; you can oppose, completely or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of your personal data even if pertinent of said information collection.
